Our Story

Söderberg & Partners first saw the light of day in 2004 when a group of nine analysts led by our CEO Gustaf Rentzhog decided to leave one of the largest finance companies in the Nordic region.

Per-Olof Söderberg became the company's main shareholder and has since served as chairman of the board.

Of the group of nine analysts, the number of employees has already grown to about 2,200 in seven countries. Our first business area was life and pension insurance, then other insurance. We will always continue to expand into new business areas.

Analyses have always been the cornerstone of our operations. We are very proud of our analysis department, which has grown over the years to be the largest in the Nordic countries. Our recommendations are always based on expert analysis.

What started as the dream of nine analysts is now a well-run company. Söderberg & Partners is one of Sweden's leading experts and brokers in insurance and financial products. We are very proud of our company.

A snapshot of our history

2021 Meklaritalo, ITM Brokers, Semita and MSR Finser merge into Söderberg & Partners Finland. As part of the merger, Benefit Advisors and Söderberg & Partners International Insurance (formerly Optimum Insurance Consultants) also merge with the company. With more than 100 experts and 16 offices, the company is one of Finland's largest corporate insurance brokers.

2019 Söderberg & Partners Group turns 15! More than 2,000 of our employees from six different countries gather for a giant celebration at Stockholm’s Globen Arena.

2018 The Group now has more than 2,000 employeess.

2014 we open our first offices in Denmark, Norway and Finland open. International growth begins.

2004 Nine Swedish analysts join forces to provide more people with analytical financial advice. The company is named Söderberg & Partners.
